Transport

Travelling from Schiphol Airport & Shuttle Bus Booking

​

Follow the signs from the airport to Schiphol train station (approximately 5 minute walk).  At the train station you can purchase your ticket easily via the self service ticket machines or via the ticket office.

​

It is best to travel to Driebergen-Zeist station, a direct service of 47 minutes which departs from Schiphol Platform 3 two/three times per hour (approx 11 euros).  Platform 3 can be accessed via escalator or lift.

From Driebergen-Zeist station, you have three options to get to the Landgoed Zonheuvel conference centre:

​

  • Take a taxi to Landgoed Zonheuvel (approx 25 euros) via Van den Brink Transport Services.  

  • By public bus, numbers 50 or 80 to Doorn Centrum.  From Doorn Centrum Bus 82 direction Amersfoort via Leusden (3 stops, 3 mins) to Landgoed Zonheuvel (stop Doorn Maarten Maartenshuis).

  • Get a Hotel shuttle bus. To ensure a guaranteed seat on the shuttle buses please reserve your place in the shuttle bus booking form below:

IMPORTANT -  if you are staying at the overflow Hotel  - Kaap Doorn, you must check-in at Landgoed Zonheuvel (the conference hotel) BEFORE making your way to Kaap Doorn. If you are arriving on the morning of Friday 31 August, there is baggage storage facilities at Langoed Zonheuvel.
