I fell in love with bees many decades ago and have been associated with them on and off ever since.  But it is only in recent years that I have come to truly know them, and then only after a great deal of unlearning on my part. They have now become wise friends and mentors who are deeply connected at many levels with nature and the cosmos.  They have much to teach us, but do so in ways that are subtle and can easily be missed by human minds as they rush to turn living interactions into dead knowledge. Learning from them is a gentle and powerful process. It takes us on journey that has no end.
